1) How happy are you with the software?
Extremely happy. The software has grown with our business and continues to do so. It feels like “Bi-Tron software” rather than Greystar software as we were able to work closely with Barry and add items we needed as well as many custom pieces.
2) Is the software flexible and customizable?
The software is extremely customizable and flexible and is only limited by your and you team's imagination. We've gone through many changes and Greystar has adapted the software to our changing needs without a flinch.
3) How easy is the software to use?
The administrative interfaces are very simple and again customizable to varying needs. A couple of weeks of use makes most of our new customer service staff very comfortable with it.
4) Can the software cope with international growth?
Absolutely, without any doubt. We're currently doing business in multiple countries and currencies. Many companies Greystar has or is currently working with are international as well.
5) What is the Greystar support like - can you speak to someone when you need to?
I have never had any trouble contacting Barry or a member of his team directly. By simply sending a note in an e-mail I can be sure whatever issue, question or challenge arises it will be dealt with quickly.
We've worked with Greystar since the beginning of 2003. In that time Barry and his team have proven to be far more than able programmers but trusted business partners and advisors. As long as Greystar is around we will use their services. With numerous contacts in the networking industry I know Barry is the best “bang for the buck” out there as well.

On the eve of our launch, I just wanted to take a minute to drop you a quick note.
From our first phone conversation, I had a good feeling about working with Greystar. As I had mentioned to you, I was in touch with other companies to provide our software and back-end before my attorney highly recommended your outfit to me.
The thing that struck me as different immediately about you guys is that you actually listened. You listened to what our vision was, and you listened to our ideas and strategies. The VP of one other company I spoke with literally started talking about restructuring our comp plan about 3 minutes into my conversation with him, before he even knew how we wanted to attack the market. What a turn-off.
When it came to project cost, there were no unsavory negotiating tactics. We were able to come to a quick understanding of what would be mutually beneficial, and allow us both to get a win from working together.
On top of that, you guys promised a lightening fast turn-around of just a couple of days. I'll admit that I didn't believe it at the time, but I figured that even if you took 3 times as long as you promised, it would still be much faster than the 30 days I was quoted by some other guys.
There are always delays when starting a project like this, but the delays that I ran into came mostly from the attorneys, my partners, my web designers, and my vacation. Not from you guys.
Barry could well be the most responsive point-main I have ever dealt with. I have thanked him for that repeatedly.
Now, after ironing out almost all of the wrinkles, we should be launching tomorrow. Your expertise and hand-holding has helped us get to this point.
