Dear Brad,
I wanted to send you a letter and tell you how much I
appreciate your company and your software. As you know, I
have been in the MLM industry for 14 years. When I wanted to
start my own multi-tier affiliate program, one of the
biggest concerns I had was the software and how I was going
to be able to integrate everything I wanted to do online.
Anyone who’s been around the industry as long as I have
knows the debacles and disasters that so many companies have
had trying to implement expensive and so-called high-end MLM
software solutions. I know companies who have spent
thousands and thousands of dollars and the software never
did what it was supposed to do. When you told me that you
would have my software up and running and actually working
with my own compensation plan before I had to pay anything,
I was a little skeptical, until I saw it with my own eyes.
I really felt comfortable purchasing software that I already
knew worked exactly as I wanted it to. I thought I knew
exactly what my comp plan was going to be and exactly how I
wanted everything to work, such as the registration process.
I made several changes once I was able to actually “see” my
plan and your company was extremely accommodating on all
changes. I must say that your (usually immediate) response
to every little detail was far more than I anticipated. I
called at all hours, day and night, and almost without
exception an actual programmer answered by the second ring.
In most cases, he was able to make changes, offer
suggestions, and implement exactly what I wanted, while I
was on the phone.
The bottom line is that if I hadn’t chosen Grey Star, I know
I would still not be launched. You had me up and running,
taking live orders, within 2 days of our demonstration of
the software. The fact that you got my comp plan programmed
the day after I gave it to you was really incredible.
I couldn’t be more pleased with your company, the software,
the custom programming, and the speed of the implementation.
It is nice to work with a company that delivers what they
promise. In my case, I feel like I got more than what I was
promised and I thank you for that. Your software has proven
to be powerful and flexible. Thanks again for a great
